The Jefferson Parish Public School System is partnering with the Jeremiah Group to present The Students’ Candidate Forum on Monday, March 12 at 10 a.m. at the JPPSS Administration Building at 501 Manhattan Blvd. in Harvey. Students from across the district will ask questions to the candidates for Jefferson Parish Sheriff. Candidates will answer questions from students for 90 minutes. The student-moderated event will also include a student spoken word performance. The event will be attended by high school students from across JPPSS and special guests.
