The Jefferson Parish School Board (“Board”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SoQs) from qualified firms to develop an educational campaign to inform voters of an upcoming millage proposal. Click here to view the Request for Qualifications.
Each firm shall submit an original Statement of Qualifications plus 6 copies of the Statement of Qualifications (“SoQ”) prominently marked with “Request for Qualifications, Voter Education Campaign for Millage on November 18, 2017, ballot.
SoQ shall be submitted to the office of Elizabeth Branley, Executive Director of Communications, at the address below, no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT Tuesday, September 19, 2017. SoQ received later than the. aforementioned date and time will be returned to the sender unopened. Facsimile (FAX) copies and email copies will not be accepted, and it is the responsibility of the party submitting the SoQ to ensure it has been received by the deadline.
The original SoQ shall be submitted and signed in blue ink, by an authorized individual or officer of the firm submitting the qualifications.
In order to control information disseminated regarding this Request for Qualifications, firms interested in submitting qualifications are directed not to make personal contact with members of the Board and/or Administration with the exception of the individual listed below. Any questions and/or clarifications must be made in writing and presented to the person listed below. The Board may respond to questions presented by interested parties via addendum to this Request. Any firms/respondents not following the instructions of this RFQ, including inquiries or personal contact as mentioned above, may be disqualified.
