Thanks to the use of Professional Learning Communities in the Jefferson Parish Public School System, our students now have a team of teachers dedicated to their success. In PLCs, teachers from similar subjects or grade levels meet in small groups to pool their knowledge, collaborate about students, share problems, and find solutions.
